    This year the auction will be at St. Demetrios Greek Church on March 16th. 

    Along with the proceeds of our Annual Fund, money raised at this auction pays for all the extras that Montlake Elementary is so lucky to have. Examples include: additional teachers, tutors, classroom supply funds, library books, greenhouse and garden supplies, P.E. equipment, author visits and assemblies, workshops, art supplies, playground supervision, and teacher professional development. In past years we have raised more than $140,000

    In order for this event to be a success, we need volunteers! Below is a list of volunteer and committee opportunities. Please consider volunteering even if you are unable to attend the event. There are many ways to contribute to Montlake, and giving your time and talent is a very important one! 

    We are looking for 2-3 volunteers for each position. 

    • Decore / decorations
    • Auction catalog development
    • Procurement (Now is a great time to think of business owners, vacation homes or timeshares to donate)
    • Photographer
    • Dessert dash coordination
    • Night of auction volunteer coordination
    • Count me in parties coordination
    • Class art coordination 
    • Table seating
    • Registration and welcome
    • Live auction power point presentation
    • Cocktail hour games / raffle
    • General help
